Our Client Care Manager is the patient liaison to the centre, from the initial contact through the consultation, surgery, and aftercare. This level of care is unique to our facility, and provides the ultimate in information and support for the patient and family.
Additionally, Dr. Laurence is available at all times for questions - before, during, or after the procedure. He prefers to see patients periodically for a year and then annually after surgery, in order to promote the best result.

The regular Support Staff of Germantown Aesthetics Advanced Surgery Centre hosts family members or friends who come on surgery day making them feel welcome, comfortable, and informed throughout the surgery.
